    Thanks for joining me for the last challenge! This time I'm doing one for nutrition wins!

    What counts as a nutrition win?

    Write down at least 1 nutrition goal in the morning
    Eat a healthy food
    Cook a healthy recipe
    Don't eat after 8pm for good nighttime digestion
    Don't drink soda
    Actively limit sugar and simple carbs
    Drink an 8-oz glass of water
    Eat a healthy breakfast
    Plan and/or prep meals for tomorrow
    No unplanned snacking for the day
    Measure portion sizes
    Stay in calorie and nutrient ranges for the day
    Eat 5+ servings of fruits and veggies
