My Goals:
Just to look and feel better - I don't need to be Angelina.
My Program:
The gym five or six days a week. Weight training 3 days, cardio 2-3.
Personal Information:
First time exercising in 15 years. Going to school online full time to complete my bachelors, then on the my masters. I'm my dad's caretaker with my mom, so I work out after he goes to bed.
Other Information:
I have chickens. People usually don't hear anything else I say once I say that.
