My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds, run a 6 mile run in May, and eventually a half marathon, and fit into my skinny jeans!

My Program:
I am doing Zumba 3x a week, weight training 2x a week, and limiting the amount of desserts I can consume (chocolate is my weakness).
