Here I Go

I am 26, married to a wonderful man, and I suffer from PCOS. I have very overweight, and I have tried many things in the past. I have done weight watchers, ideal protein, isagenix, skinny fibre (i still do skinny fiber though with my healthy eating and exercise). I find the only thing that will work is to stop f*cking around, count my darn calories and exercise. I will stick with it this time, not just for me but for my husband (since I need to lose weight to help with my PCOS and fertility). ...

Its a lot to do, I have about 150lbs to lose, but I can, and I will. One step at a time, but I wont stop stepping anymore.

My Goals:
I need to lose weight. My main goal is to exercise EVERYDAY and stay on track EVERYDAY with my calories. I also want to only weigh myself once a week. I have been bad in the past for weighing every day 2xs a day.

I am calorie counting and using Jilian Michaels DVD's

Hey girl! I saw on the "10 Min. Streak" page that you're looking for a buddy. I would LOVE to check in with one another. We are around the same weight(302 here)and I also log food daily and exercise most days of the week. I tend to be pretty optimistic and am not one of those emo gals full of excuses.
