My Goals:
1. Easily reach and maintain My ideal weight permanently! 2. Make food and lifestyle choices that give me the best feelings over time. 3. Sleep 7-8 hours/day 4. Meditate daily 5. Work out for 60-120 minutes daily, getting at least 15000 steps/day. 6. See friends/family weekly. 7. Look for the good. 8. Focus on positivity and gratitude.
My Program:
I. Use Renee Stephen's Inside Out Weight Loss strategies: 1. Remember my away from and towards motivators 2. Pre-dos/Re-do's 3. Continuous improvement 4. Self correcting II. Follow Geneen Roth's eating guidelines: 1. Eat when you are hungry. 2. Eat sitting down in a calm environment. 3.Eat without distractions. 4. Eat only what your body wants. 5. Eat until you are satisfied. 6. Eat (with the intention of being) in full view of others. 7. Eat with enjoyment, gusto and pleasure. III.Do a variety of cardio, weights and yoga. IV. Go to bed early enough to get 7-8 hours/day. V. Meditate for 5 minutes every morning. VI. Journal every AM and PM on my successes. VI. Reconnect with friends.
