Thank you for adding me as a SparkFriend. It's nice to meet someone who developed food intolerance now and is adjusting to living with it. I had some problems with dairy, but it's not really that bad. But I developed nut allergy (I haven't been tested yet to see exactly what nuts I can't eat) and I couldn't imagine that those things are in literally everything. But I'm adjusting and figuring it out one step at the time. Do you ever get any allergy symptoms even if the food you have eaten shouldn't have anything "bad" in it? I sometimes get like early symptoms (itching, tightness in my mouth) and I'm not sure if it's because I'm scared and I psyche myself out... I also moved to different city a little more than a year ago. In previous city I had everything figured out. I had aerobics classes 3 times/week, I had great friends to support me... But here we (me and my boyfriend) were basically alone. And, as you know it's really hard to get back on track on your own. Thanks for your post! I think motivation is hard for almost everyone, and it helps to know that none of us is doing this alone, or is the only person struggling. I saw this quote on the motivational images page, and it's done me well so far this week: "No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the couch."
