Just noticed your email (not really on top of things when it comes to SP) and wanted to thank you for the kindness and concern you demonstrated. I don't usually blurt such things out (and did not realize that others might notice) but it is the way I was feeling. It comes, it goes, but is not a daily concern. Thank you for caring.
regarding the word fruit vs fruits. I am fluent in 2 languages but I am not an expert in grammar. I think getting the point across is the purpose of communication...what can I say.
according to Wikipedia they use both....In botany, a fruit is a part of a flowering plant that derives from specific tissues of the flower, one or more ovaries, and in some cases accessory tissues. Fruits are the means by which these plants disseminate seeds. Many of them that bear edible fruits. ... and there are seedless fruits.
