    I lost 100 lbs with a trainer who also planned my diet program. I ate 5 times a day and if I did an evening gym session my last meal could be at 10 or 11 pm.. That last meal was chicken or turkey with broccoli or another green vegetable. I think it matters more what you eat rather than when you eat. Good luck!

    Your comment on my blog was an eye opener for me. In my case, I was stressing for a pound gained, but your post helped me realize that although I may be doing the right things, I would still gain. I am at the point in my journey that I really lost all my water weight, and I am losing fat now, but I also am gaining muscle too. Especially, with being more active with the nicer weather.
