I was very active in high school and was able to keep my weight down but when I moved away to college I had gained 80lbs by the time I graduated. My goal is to get back into a healthy weight range and have a more active life.

I'm glad you are enjoying your unemployment time so far.. I know if would be wonderful to have a month off.. OMG lol Glad you like your HRM, too! My news is I'm totally into clean eating now. Whenever you have time, you should read my blog I posted about it. I'm trying to get away from being so "goal oriented" and just focus on being happy, healthy, and in shape. This is my first whole week and I already feel about 150% better.

Congrats on getting rid of all those clothes!!! Doesn't that make you feel awesome! I can imagine eating out all the time is tough. Just continue to make good choices most of the time and you should be fine, though! Tracking is so very helpful!! What brand HRM did you get? I need to check into it if you like it because I just don't think I'm paying 150 bucks for one.

I'm sorry you're not going to Florida, but where all is the hub traveling??? I wanna take a road trip =( Life feels so uneventful sometimes between work and watching movies LOL How are the kitties doing? Are they good in the car? Mine is good as long as he's inside, but the outside world scares him. I think it's because he was obviously a stray when we found him. He's even taken up a tail sucking habit these days.. guess his mama left him a little too early.

It makes me very proud to hear that I'm the reason you get on here! You are such a great friend and I miss chatting with you every day.

Sorry about your knee! I am so jealous that you may be going to Florida! We're going in June and I cannot wait! My weekend was good.. leisurely and boring.. just how I like it! My kitten gets fixed Friday, so I'm anxious about that. How are you?

Couseling? Are you f'n kidding me? WOW.. she feels unwelcome in her own home?? Man, I do feel sorry for you! That sounds wacked LOL

I still go to the gym 2-3 days a week and do workout dvds on the days I don't. Jillian Michaels has some seriously awesome dvds if you're ever interested in getting some. I don't know if I can pick up the weight of how much I've lost, but I know Phillip can at least. lol I can bench press how much I've lost, though, does that count? It seems like the closer I get to my goal, the longer it takes to reach it. Maybe it's from doing it for going on 7 months and incredibly ready to be DONE with losing this weight and on to maintaining. I also changed my goal weight from 140 to 135, so there's another 2-3 weeks added on. It will be worth it in the end, just takes forever it seems.

What did your hubby say that disrespected her? That's still so funny to me!
