Back again! I had my second daughter 10/29 and am now ready to get back into the swing of things. I had to have another c-section so exercise still feels a little funny, but I'm getting back on track with eating and am committed to finally losing all this weight!

You are funny! To be honest I rarely check the HR bc my bike and treadmill both check for me. I like it for when I do stupid p90x and thats it. I do like the band but I didnt hate the other one....it annoyed me but I got used to it :).

Glad to hear that you are feeling well!!! And by now you should have that first pic ~ that is super exciting!

I just started walking again this past week so my steps are moving up a bit. I'm happy when I get to 6000 in a day. Once my knee is back to 100% I am aiming for those 10000 days again :) Can't wait til you get your fitbit and I see your numbers again!

Well, it's going to be a busy day - 70 degrees means it's time to work outdoors! Take care of yourself :)
