Finding My Joy!!

For the last several years I have been trying to just get happy! I did not realize until the other day when I was watching Oprah doing an interview that I really should be finding my joy. The definition of joy is "the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires" Do I know what possessing what I desire means to me, gosh no, but in 2013, I intend to try to find out...

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. I really appreciate your thoughts. I've battled this journey mentally for so long, and it seems to be getting tougher. I try to convince myself that if I work out and eat right it;ll all fall into place... SOOO not the case... It doesn't matter though, because I'm going to keep at it! *HUGS*

I wish I could do the BRAT diet when I'm not feeling well! Rice and gluten (wheat) are both triggers so its a no go. I've been having bananas, prunes, eggs, and Naked Green Machine smoothies. Slowly getting there!

Thanks for commenting on my blog and all the support. Cookies and the like are the WORST. I had really gotten in bad habits over the past couple of months because it was something every week that was being brought in the office!
