I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet but I'm not loosing hope

So I've been struggling with some extra weight for years now. It's not a lot but it really bothers me that I can't wear what I want any more.

And the biggest problem is that people around me don't see it. I'm really tall so it's not that obvious and I know what to wear to hide all the extra weight on my thighs and around my core.

I'm also a kind of person that needs to be perfect all the time. To show anybody that I don't feel perfect is a sign of weakness for me. ...

I know this doesn't make a lot of sense and it's kind of weird but I can't help it.

I don't really have a lot of support when I say I need to lose some weight so it's very hard for me to stay on my routine. And I need structure and routine and help when it comes to loosing weight or exercising on daily bases.

So I decided to find help in some other places. SparkPage is a start.

Znači počinje sutra. Spominje se i otvaranje tajne grupe na Facebooku gdje bi mogli jedni druge motivirati.

Hey! Thanks so much for reading my blog. Running is kinda hard to get into, so baby steps are really important. But once you get going, trust me, you can't stop. It's addictive. I too only started with a 5k goal, but eventually found that it wasn't enough for me. Training for the half really put things into perspective and I am really proud now to say that I am a runner and will always be. Good luck to you and all the best with all your goals. I'm sure that you'll do great!!!
