Today's the first day with fall temperatures! I love it!
I am still very active at working out, but I was so stressed for a while I fell off the eating bandwagon. I am trying to pick myself up and Spark on! I've been doing better for several weeks and am feeling proud of myself!
Thanks for the comment on my blog! I lost 4 pounds after two whole weeks without a change in the scale because I increased my physical activity and was doing 6 hours per week sometimes even more! so I was losing fat and gaining muscle. I came to a state in my fitness journey where I don't necessary lose 1 or 2 pounds per week but I stay the same weight for several weeks then lose an amount in one week so to say but I think it's the result of my hard work in the past weeks where I did not see results on the scale! I can't understand what happens but I think it has something to do with water retention and muscle!
