Today's the first day with fall temperatures! I love it!

I am still very active at working out, but I was so stressed for a while I fell off the eating bandwagon. I am trying to pick myself up and Spark on! I've been doing better for several weeks and am feeling proud of myself!

Thanks for the hiking recommendations! We actually live in eastern Va, but make the drive out that way as often as possible for hiking and camping. We'll definitely look into the hikes you mentioned.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I lost 4 pounds after two whole weeks without a change in the scale because I increased my physical activity and was doing 6 hours per week sometimes even more! so I was losing fat and gaining muscle. I came to a state in my fitness journey where I don't necessary lose 1 or 2 pounds per week but I stay the same weight for several weeks then lose an amount in one week so to say but I think it's the result of my hard work in the past weeks where I did not see results on the scale! I can't understand what happens but I think it has something to do with water retention and muscle! emoticon

Hi!
Welcome to the Partnership Accountability to the Finish Line team! We are happy to have you with our team. Please feel free to introduce yourself to the team, if you have not already done so. Be sure to read the thread: Click Here: To help find a partner and learn what to do next". It will help you find someone who has similar goals, likes, dislikes, or someone close to your age if you prefer. You will both be able to support, encourage, and just be there for each other, while on your way in reaching your goals.

If you need help finding someone or help of any kind, please let me know, as I am here to help you in anyway I can. Hope you enjoy and are able to achieve your goals on this team or any others you might join.

Have a great day!!
