Back to spark people on Nov. 16, 2014.

Got too busy doing things and had less time to be on computer. I thought I was doing well eyeballing servings and doing my exercise. That is, until my loose jeans felt tight!

Life is on an even keel, and I can be spending more time on computer again. I am measuring food again and carefully recording my extra fitness activities. I do not count normal activities like cleaning house, etc. as that makes my intake higher.

My Goals:
I will lose 50 lbs. by August 26, 2015, our 48th anniversary.

I will set monthly goals so that I can reach that mark.

I will be responsible and choose the right foods and exercise for my well-being.





My Program:
I will eat between 1200-1500 calories a day.

Nov. 17, 2014:

I will exercise at least 100 min. a day.



Personal Information:
Living in Corallville, Ia, I find it hard to walk outside when it is really cold, as it makes my asthma worse. I will use my treadmill.

I am a wife, mother and grandmother. My husband and I care for our grand children during the week.

Although retired, I teach in an afterschool program.

Other Information:
I love to read. It's hard to list a favorite, so it'll be favorites for me! Love mystery and intrigue!
