Thank you Janet for your encouragement. I'm moving slow yesterday and today. Last week I had 4 no binge nights out of 7. Still maintaining more no binge nights than binge nights. Thank you for asking.

How's your no sugar day going so far?

Thanks for the comment on my blog. This month's OMAT was inspired, in part, by the thought of those sometimes foods. I need to be in control of them and not the other way around. I was very proud of yesterday's no sugar success because I had a terrible day. Whenever I started something, I was interrupted. I wanted to run away but I survived and even thrived. WooHoo for that.

Way to go on the streak of no binge days. You can do it!!!!
