Thank you for the supportive comment on my blog!! I appreciate your sharing about the vegetables. I'm going to try to eat a more defined lunch instead of just grabbing here and there all afternoon. I'm also going to make sure my lunch is more vegetable based (is there a better time of year for that than right now?).

I do not know my ratio of lean to fat and I do know I am more muscular now than I've ever been. Still, I also know that I can't deny those blood sugar numbers and I know I can do better. I just have to make up my mind to do that and I can, I will. I'm an O'Matter and we can do whatever we set our minds too.

I am proud to say I have achieved 14/15 on track days so far this month. I've managed the last four days on track and they've been four of my most challenging care giving days yet.

My body feels so relaxed after yoga. I am doing Hatha Yoga in which we do individual poses. I had previously done Vinyasa which does sequences of poses. I probably didn't like that because I had trouble remembering the steps. This is much slower and I feel like I stretch deeply.

My sister does Gentle Yoga and has the same reaction as I do with my class.

Let me now if you try it and what you think of it.

Thanks for your comment on my feed. No problem "liking" a negative. That just lets me know you read it and are aware, with me, and available. I agree: music in the ears quiets those annoying loops that get stuck in our brains. The day my phone alarm was on a loop in my head, my DD2 called and we talked for over an hour. By the time we hung up, the loop was cleared. LOL emoticon

Praying for one another is as important to me as breathing. I try to be aware of those who have other feelings about prayer and I try not offend. Your family is going through a hard time and I think of you often. Take care O'Matter pal.
