Welcome to my SparkPeople Page! I'm sharing my journey toward great health as a way to keep motivated, honor my commitments, celebrate my wins and track my progress. To have a strong, healthy body that operates optimally, resists diseases, and allows me to live an active life.

This is my program for the Spring 2017 5% Challenge:
Training at the gym M/W/F, rotating upper, lower, core, whole body
30 mins of cardio on T/Th
Body-Brain Yoga at least 3x a week to stretch my body
Minutes per Week: 410
Calories burned per week: 2500
25 grams sugar max daily
Increase intake of good fats
1200-1500 calories a day
My most consistent commitment is to my personal and spiritual growth. I value learning, understanding, diversity, cultural exchanges, and being true to myself, among many other things. I am making health and well-being a priority this year so that I can finally reach an optimal weight so I can travel easily and widely.
