I recently had to have a cardiac pacemaker/defibrillator implanted. the doctor suggested that i lose weight and exercise to build up my strength. This is such a wonderful place to keep track of my efforts
I'm trying to meet my goals by making better and healthier choices for food intake. I am also attending water aerobic sessions three times a week. Also doing some weight training to try and build up strength
I am from Tennessee origionally but moved every two years when i was a child since my father was in the Navy.
Hobbies: rubber stamping and scrapbooking. I would love to hear from others who share this interest.
