Laughter is the best medicine, its contagious & burns calories!! Have a happy day Sparks!!

“I keep losing weight, but it keeps finding me..”

“Inside me is a thin woman trying to get out.. I usually shut the woman up with chocolate..”

    “I’m on a 30-day diet. So far, I’ve lost 15 days..”

“Eat whatever you want, and if someone tries to lecture you about your weight.. EAT THEM TOO..” “My diet plan:

“Make all of my friends cupcakes; the fatter they get, the thinner I look..”

“I’m on a seafood diet. I see food, and I eat it..”

“Didn’t go to the gym today, but.. The cashier’s name at Mcdonald’s was Jim. So, same thing..”

“I’m on that new diet where you eat everything and pray for a miracle..”

“It’s called DIET, because all the other 4-letter words were taken..” –

“I’ve been dieting ALL morning. AM I SKINNY YET??”

“I borrowed some of your Weight Watchers points this weekend..”

“I just want to lose weight while staying in bed, watching TV, and eating girl scout cookies. Is that really too much to ask?”

“Dear Diet, things just aren’t going to work out between us. It’s not me, it’s you. You are tasteless, boring and I can’t stop cheating on you..”

Lemon water has become a staple for me. It is the first thing I put into my body in the morning and I drink it throughout the entire day. It is super important to stay hydrated. Drinking lemon water feels a little more luxurious that regular water, and on top of that it has numerous health benefits!

emoticon 1. It relieves allergy symptoms. When those mild pollen allergies arrive during spring and summer months, lemon water does the trick! It takes the edge off and can help clear up eyes or an itchy throat.

emoticon 2. It helps cleanse your system. Lemon water aids in clearing out impurities in your body.

emoticon 3. It makes your skin glow. Lemon is fantastic for your skin! It will give your skin a healthy glow, along with helping to prevent blemishes and wrinkles.

emoticon 4. It's refreshing. Wake up to a cold glass of lemon water! It is healthy and still provides a dose of Vitamin C!

emoticon 5. It encourages hydration. Drinking lemon water is a way to encourage yourself to stay hydrated throughout the day. Fill up a big water bottle in the morning and keep it refilled throughout the day. It's a perfect treat!

    "Only One Pound" Poem

    Hello, do you know me?

If you don't, you should. I'm a pound of fat,

And I'm the HAPPIEST pound of fat that you would ever want to meet.

    Want to know why?

    It's because no one ever wants to lose me;

I'm ONLY ONE POUND, just a pound!

Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds, or fifteen pounds, but never only one.

So I just stick around and happily keep you fat.

Then I add to myself, ever so slyly, so that you never seem to notice it.

That is, until I've grown to ten, twenty, thirty or even more pounds in weight.

Yes, it's fun being ONLY ONE POUND OF FAT, left to do as I please.

So, when you weigh in, keep right on saying, "Oh, I only lost one pound."

(As if that were such a terrible thing.)

For you see, if you do this, you'll encourage others to keep me around because they'll think I'm not worth losing.

And, I love being around you - your arms, your legs, your chin, your hips and every part of you.

    Happy Days!!!

After all, I'm ONLY ONE POUND OF FAT!!!
