emoticon Hello! I hope week 2 is going well for you. Exercise-wise I'm off to a slow start. I'm hoping that I can build up to be able to do more soon but it's slow going. The scale is moving in the right direction though. emoticon

So sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Week 1 went pretty well, but I know I can do better. In fact, I hope I DO better! Lol!

I'm so sorry that you were ill! I sure hope you're feeling 100% better now! I was sick with a tummy bug of sorts the other day. But it cleared up enough for me to get some exercise and healthy eating and drinking in. I couldn't let my teams down!

Okay, I talked way to much now. I have to get into the shower and then get myself in bed!

Hey Marcia! Week 1 went well and see it did for you as well! This weekend has been a bit of a challenge, but I am hoping for another good week. I am currently at the weight where I have a REAL difficult time dropping below. Not giving up!
