Sorry it's taken so long for me to respond, school and work have been very hectic lately. I do about 30 min of Denise Austin 7 Best Belly Fat-Blasters. She has a combination of pilates, balls, mat exercises and yoga in that video that will really challenge your abs. I also walk/run about 3-5 days a week. Doing a lot of muscle-building workouts will help you burn fat faster becuase muscle burns more fat while you are at rest. Don't let cardio be your only exercise, do about 60-90 min of cardio 3-5 days a week and strength training 4 days a week and you will see a significant difference. Also incorporating a protein shake after a strength training workout will help your body recover faster and allow you to do more strength training workouts during the week. I also just recently read in Fitness magazine that if you get 9-10 hours of sleep per night your body will recover faster and you also get more from your workouts. Hope this helps!
