My main goal is to feel and be healthier. I want to have more energy and breathe better and to put more into and get more out of life.
Starting SMART goals:
- 8 glasses of water minimum daily - 2-5 fruits and vegetables minimum daily - 10+ minutes of activity minimum daily - journal writing each day - goal weight of 175 by my daughter's first birthday (that's just over a pound a week)
- Make smart, healthy food choices, eating less processed foods and more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. - Be deliberate about healthy activity. - Get out there and enjoy life and make the most of it!
