My goal is to be healthy and happy and with this weight I can't be either,I don't want to diet,I want to do something that I can do the rest of my life and I can't see my self on a diet forever but I can see myself thinking healthy and making healthier choices

My program is to watch what I eat,make more healthier choices,drink my 8,8ozs of water and exercise daily

My name is Margarita Sierra,my bday is 3-12,I'm a pisces,I'm from the dominican,I'm a live-in nurse,so I know all the health risks from being over weight,I have 3 grown children who have beautiful children of their own ,who I would love to see grow up,I'm getting remarried but I want to lose the weight first

I love movies and my favorite thing to do is dance,I use to dance on TV when I was little so I plan to use my love of dance to lose the weight,my down fall is fast and junk food,which I've been cutting down

ACT 5--Find your clown name

The holidays can be a stressful time....so much to do...and so little time. De-stress at every opportunity. What does stress do to your health habits? It usually foils them. It takes over your good judgment leaving you at the mercy of comfort foods. Not this year!! Learn to recognize your stress level. Maybe it's your tone of voice. Maybe it's trying to read the same paragraph five times. Maybe it's hearing everyone speak at once but not really listening to anyone. That's when you need to relax. Take a five-minute time-out for yourself. Get away from the crowd. Breathe deeply and relax your muscles. Close your eyes and remember what you're thankful for: When you return to your family, they'll wonder why you look so refreshed!
