Hey everyone! I'm a 37 year old married mom of 2 great (sometimes crazy) kids. I started out my weight loss journey at 275 pounds in October 2010 and am down to 259 pounds as of December 11th. Hey everyone! I'm a 37 year old married mom of 2 great (sometimes crazy) kids. I started out my weight loss journey at 275 pounds in October 2010 and am down to 259 pounds as of December 11th. My ultimate goal is to reach 130 pounds. My overall goal is to achieve a healthier lifestyle so that I can enjoy life with my family.
My Program:
I'm doing my own version of South Beach because my body just does not do well with bread and potatoes...although man do I love that stuff! Geneen Roth's book "Women, Food & God" was a huge eye opener for me. I saw myself on every page! I'm using PGX, which I have found to be a HUGE help in controlling cravings....especially those late night munchies!

My name is Tania and I live in London, Ontario Canada. I'm a special education teacher and I also have my own business. Life is stressful and I'm learning to not use food as my therapist!
