No, I don't feel any slump. I took 3 days off from exercise, then did a little swimming and weight training yesterday. Today I cycled slowly for 50 minutes. Feel pretty good, still high from the satisfaction. Thanks for reading my blog.
Thanks for your kind comments on my HM blog. I more than understand your comment on 5k's being hard. I'm actually enjoying the longer distances because I can get into more of a groove. 5K's are starting to feel more like sprints! Anyway, hoping to set a new PR at my next 5K race in 3 weeks. Going to work extra hard on strong finishes in the coming weeks.
