Hi, there. My physical therapist gave me homework, Neck Arthritis Exercises. I do (1) neck stretches to the side; (2) chin tuck; (3) cervical rotation; (4) shoulder blade squeeze and (5) shoulder rolls. They really seem to be helping with my neck pain. 105 days ago
