Thanks for the nice comments on my marathon blog. I know taking ibuprofen is not recommended during a marathon, but the complications arise when (from what I've read) not enough sodium is in the bloodstream. I had been taking salt and GUs so thought I was okay with sodium. Turned out okay and I was able to continue without cramping.
