My Goals:
my goal is to get a normal routine back in my life. i have not had 1 as a result of a sleep disorder & a shift in my circadian rhythm (1's biological clock) which regulates 1's sleep/wake cycle, etc. my circadian rhythm at this point is non-existent. thus, i am severely sleep deprived. by getting a routine back i'll get more sleep & then i can lose this excess weight (1 of many effects of sleep deprivation) amongst other things.

My Program:
i am trying 2 establish a normal routine to go by on a daily basis. Sparkguy & Team

Thank you for stopping by my feed and leaving your sweet comments. DH is home from Rehab and is doing great. He is now taken over the labor end in the field so I can work more in the warehouse and on the books. Keeping me busy. I do have a friends son that helps out when he is home from College on the weekends, he has been a big help. Hope that you are doing better.
Take care my friend and thank you.

Hi Marge,

Gee, Don't have time to slow down now that I bought a business that has me doing manual labor now. HA! So, to work to work I go at 54 yrs. I am not stopping for now. Then it is to bed I go. emoticon HA! I will slow down when DH gets out of rehab and can get out and start working. The doctors say he is doing great and the job will help him a lot with his depression. But, I will slow down a little for you. emoticon

Hi Marge. Thanks for the rose goodie.
Sleep problems are the worst! I have trouble falling asleep and trouble staying asleep.
I think that if you are having technical difficulties with the site that you might get a faster response from the message boards than you might by sending a direct email to the tech folks on Spark, but I don't know for sure. It's a guess. All I know is that whenever I have posted a problem to the message boards someone responds within the hour.
If Spark says you aren't getting email because of Yahoo then why not consider a gmail account? Setting up another email account is simple and gmail seems to be the latest trend in email providers. They offer a good service.
Thanks for the compliments on my pottery.
The backgrounds for my Spark page are usually photos of my own or some clip art that I found online and downloaded. To put one up for your background just go to your Spark page then to EDIT MY SPARK PAGE. After you click on that, your page will be in EDIT mode. At the top you'll see c bunch of options and a colour wheel. The last item beside the colour wheel asks UPLOAD A BACKGROUND IMAGE. Click on that and another window will open up asking you to choose a file. When you click on choose a file, a dialogue box will open and you will be able to choose from the photos that have been uploaded to your computer. After choosing, that dialogue box will disappear. Next click on UPLOAD NOW, and you will have a background photo or image in your Spark page!
Have a great weekend!
