i was a size 10 this time last year after losing 75#. Smaller sizes are not only more healthy but more comfortable to live with as well. 1/24/08

My Goals:
my goal is to get a normal routine back in my life. i have not had 1 as a result of a sleep disorder & a shift in my circadian rhythm (1's biological clock) which regulates 1's sleep/wake cycle,etc. my circadian rhythm at this point is non-existent. thus, i am severely sleep deprived. by getting a routine back i'll get more sleep & then i can lose this excess weight (1 of many effects of sleep deprivation) amongst other things.

i am trying 2 establish a normal routine to go by on a daily basis. Sparkguy & Team

Other Information:
I'v already filled this out, somehow i neglected 2 save it. i like an assortment of music. new age, some jazz, nouveaux flaminco, Big Band Era, & most of all, classical. my favorite piece is "Danse Macabre" by Camille Saint-saens. my favorite instrument is the piano, then the violin, & harp. my favorite solo piano piece is "Fur Elise"by Ludwig von Beethoven, & my all time favorite piano concerto is Rachmaninoff's 2nd. i have a passion 4 the ballet, & someday when time allows i shall read all the books i'm presently gathering. most of all, i get my greatest enjoyment in doing 4 & helping others. i have a keen sense of humor & i firmly believe that humor, music, & hugs r the 3 greatest healers. did u know that a hug is a great gift - 1 size fits all & it's easy 2 exchange. while eating isn't a priority, I do enjoy trying new edibles (w/in reason). i enjoy the quiet of the wee hours of the morning yet i also appreciate sleeping through them. i am also known by my friends to have a par
