My Goals:
my goal is to get a normal routine back in my life. i have not had 1 as a result of a sleep disorder & a shift in my circadian rhythm (1's biological clock) which regulates 1's sleep/wake cycle, etc. my circadian rhythm at this point is non-existent. thus, i am severely sleep deprived. by getting a routine back i'll get more sleep & then i can lose this excess weight (1 of many effects of sleep deprivation) amongst other things.

My Program:
i am trying 2 establish a normal routine to go by on a daily basis. Sparkguy & Team

Hi Marge good to hear from you. Yes they have to clear my heart before they can go ahead with the surgery. I'm praying it does because my knee hurts so bad I can hardly walk and getting up from a sitting position is hard so I'm getting all the rides I can. I'm praying its just something from a previous illness. Hope

Hey marge, sorry to hear about your ankle. Hubby has a hole in his foot, been fighting it for five years so I know how you feel about steps..Right now he can't put any weight on that foot and is in a wheel chair. He is on dialysis too. There are so many issues you both face and it is hard with steps. We have five too and are trying to sell the trailer and move into an apartment with no steps. An ambulance picks him up for dialysis and doctor appointments because I don't drive. Even if I did , I could not get him down the steps in the wheel chair so we are kinda stuck right now.
I hope your ankle gets better and your health too. Just keep positive and do what you can. I know it is hard to exercise. I quit for the last two months off and on while hubby was in the nursing home. Now that he is home, I need to move it.
Have a great day. hugs, Pam

Thank You so much for all of your support. I am having a horrible time with what I think is a torn meniscus in my left knee. I certainly did NOT need this right after surgery.
Sorry for complaining........Patti

Hey Marge. Hope you are having a good day. It is in the 50s here...A virtual heat wave. At least the snow seems to have slipped away and left no forwarding address.
Take it easy and take care of yourself. Hugs, Pam

Thank you for stopping by my feed and leaving your sweet comments. DH is home from Rehab and is doing great. He is now taken over the labor end in the field so I can work more in the warehouse and on the books. Keeping me busy. I do have a friends son that helps out when he is home from College on the weekends, he has been a big help. Hope that you are doing better.
Take care my friend and thank you.
