Only 8 years ago......

My goal is to be the weight I was before I grew up. Now dont think I have a fantasy of being a teenaged beauty queen. I grew up pretty late. Before I started working full-time and being responsible for my meals I worked out everyday without fail. I had a child, went to school full time worked part time and I managed to work out everyday. The diffrence now is that I am a full time teacher and have to cook for myself.....I find it easier to sit on the couch order in and skip the gym. There is no ...

There is no reason at 33 I cant be as comfortable with my body as I was at 26.

Wasn't sure if you saw my answer on my blog the other day: It has been a blessing since my husband has gotten on board with losing. He decided a couple months ago while my arm was broken. Just one day proclaimed that he was going to start watching his portions and cutting back. I think it made him also stop giving me so much food. We also without even consciously making the choice cut most carbs out of meals, besides the veggies that are carbs. So, most meals now are just a meat and a veggie. It's nice also because I can make the one piece of meat for both of us and makes it easier that I don't have to put away half my piece of chicken when I made 2 pieces. I have been losing with only my afternoon dog walk as exercise. Now I'm cleared to start normal activity again since my arm healed and I can't wait to see what happens!
