My Goals:
- Lose about 14 lbs by early May
- Gain general body strength and endurance
- Develop and maintain healthier and mainly vegan eating habits
-Develop regular exercise habits

My Program:
- Eating mainly vegan foods
- Still in process about how to choose regular exercise that I don't abhor
-Making small changes like walking instead of driving
