My Goals:
For a long, long time I have thought, "if I could only weigh what my driver license says." That's 220. 30+ pounds away. I want to be healthier, look better, and not have achey knees and achey arms and an achey back.
My Program:
Diet Plan for the 5% Spring into Summer Challenge: I will eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and two small snacks. I will NOT eat after supper while watching tv. I will have dessert only once a week. I will stay within my calorie range and limit salt-bad fats-and sugars. I will track and log everything I eat. Fitness Plan for 5% Spring into Summer Challenge: I will take two 10-minute walks/day and stretch for 30-minutes each evening. At least once a week I will do something more (long walk with husband, exercise dvd or video, waterwalking or water aerbics, the machines at the Y). I will add "random acts of fitness" to my day. I will blog and update my status to document my HEALTHY CHOICES.
Personal Information:
I listen to public radio all the time and read every night before I go to bed. I sit quietly and breathe (also known as "meditation") for ten minutes each morning and evening.
Other Information:
"Living healthy is hard. Exercising is hard. Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. Being sick is hard. Which 'hard' do you choose?" THANKS to facebook.com/fatgirlrehab
