Winter 2016 5% Challenge

I am starting this challenge at 222 pounds. Up 6 pounds from where I ended the Fall Challenge and up 20+ plans from where I was two years ago (I had a very short stay in "onederland'!)

I KNOW what I need to do to lose weight and be healthier. I just need to DO IT.

My Goals:
I want to lose weight...gain strength,stamina and flexibility...and be a more positive, happy, calm, and grateful person.

My Program:
Diet Plan for the 5% Winter Challenge:
I will eat breakfast, and something healthy every 3-4 hours. I will limit salt-bad fats-and sugars. I will take special care to LIMIT SALT. I will drink A LOT of water. I will write down everything I eat.

Fitness Plan for 5% Winter Challenge:
I will GET UP and MOVE every 30-60 minutes at work. I will walk for 30 minutes each day and stretch for 20 minutes each evening. I will LOOK for opportunities to move, be active, stretch and climb stairs.

Personal Information:
I am 56. I am married (no children).

Other Information:
Old habit: when I am overwhelmed, I EAT to isolate.
New habit: self-compassion and breathe, breathe, breathe.

Thank you for posting your numbers fit the shooting stars! !! I think if we did not miscalculate, you might have just gotten us to the UK? Anyway, cheers to you for doing such a great job on the challenge!
