I have the SparkPeople app and think I will be sure to use it at least three times a day and track my food throughout the day instead of at the end, when nothing can be done to change things. It will also help me determine how much exercise I will need to counter all the high-caloric but yummy foods. :)
I have one good habit, at least. I do not drink soft drinks, sweet teas or anything other than water. I may have an alcoholic beverage or two (we do love to go to the moonshine distilleries) but as a general rule I only ever drink water. :) 96 days ago
