My sister is a minister so I know what your schedule is like, It must make following a plan difficult at times.Your diet plan looks a lot like mine. I read your goals and your program.....it sounds very much like mine. When I began tracking my food and drinking the water and eliminated the crackers, nuts and chips....the scales began to move. Never realized how much the salt was preventing me from losing weight. On the food tracker you can track sodium which was helpful for me as well. Good luck! 51 days ago
