I am 44 years old. I've been trying to make a change to my body size over a long period of time. I have had some success, and many failures. It takes many failures to sometimes get to true success. That is my hope and desire... to have a life long change.

My Goals:
Be in God's word daily. To make good and healthy food choices. To exercise in some way six days a week. Record all my food and exercise daily.
My Program:
I weigh and measure my food to make sure that I eat everything that I should, and not eat the stuff that I shouldn't. Cardio 3 - 4 times per week Weight training 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
I have Celiac Disease. For those who do not know, that means that I cannot eat gluten (wheat, rye, barley, and malt or any form thereof).

Favorite things: Travel, Disney, SCUBA diving, spending time with friends, my dogs Favorite movies: Auntie Mame, The Godfather I & II, all Pixar movies, Mary Poppins, old Christmas movies Favorite music: Dakoda Motor Co., BarlowGirl, Stephen Curtis Chapman, The Sparks (no they are not related to the website), Superchick, DC Talk, Casting Crowns, 80's New Wave, Jars of Clay, and many others I cannot think of right now. Favorite Books: The Bible, C.S. Lewis - Chronicles of Narnia Series, The Godfather, The Unusual Suspect by Stephen Baldwin, various biographies/autobiographies
