I'm 24 years old and hoping to lose 25 pounds (to start). My main goal is to feel healthy. I work full time and am working on my Master's degree, so I know this will definitely require plenty of planning and discipline, as well as the ability to forgive myself and let it go if I have a bad day.

My Program:
I am working on improving my eating habits. I work with a trainer once a week at the gym and theoretically go to the gym a total of 3-4 times per week. I also walk my lab puppy nearly every day.
