Remembering to be healthful

Just trying to stay fit and maintain a healthy weight. When I eat junk food or if I don't exercise for a couple of weeks, I try to remember to be respectful to my body. Feed it nutritious food and exercise it regularly!

For when I think I don't have time to exercise:
~~Someone busier than you is running right now.

For when I don't want to plan my meals or watch what I eat:
~~Doing the same thing and expecting different results is crazy.

I bought Appetite for Reduction a few weeks ago, and it is fantastic! I own about 10 vegan cookbooks and it is by far the best. You will not be disappointed. Let me know which recipes you try and recommend!

Thanks for adding me!!! Hope you're enjoying your vegan experiment. Two tips: you can never go wrong with beans and greens and.... make some quinoa or barley and keep it in your fridge to quickly add to meals when you need some grains. good luck!
