A New Beginning

Hi! Just recently discovered Spark People and it has been a great help starting a healthier lifestyle--it's so motivational. Looking forward to each day of the journey--not just the finish line. Also looking forward to meeting new friends on this journey and sharing encouragement.

I am back again after jumping off the wagon! Spark Coach has been a great incentive--even after a long day, if it's the last thing I do. Looking forward to better results.

This has been a big challenge for me. Exercising daily is not as bad as keeping track of my meals. I am striving for consistency in one area (such as exercising) and then hopefully moving on to another area. Consistency and persistence is the key. emoticon to all who have posted to my page. emoticon
