Welcome Spring!! Looking forward to longer, sunny days and being outside in the warm weather and just enjoying life

The summer presented some personal challenges that became
my priority. Now I have more time to get back to the business of Me. I have not met my goal weight but that's ok because I have not gone backwards. It's time to get back to basics: keep it simple one day at a time.




August 1, 2015

Total weight loss is now 14 pounds since April. It should have been more but June and July brought some annoying health issues that did not set me back but stopped progress temporarily. It's a new month now and time to move on.

April 2015

I spent the winter eating chips from the bag and ice cream from the carton. Now it shows! Made a commitment to change my ways and joined WW - taking one step at a time and doing the very best I can.

* Lost 10 pounds 5/31/15

I joined WW April 3rd. It gave me that jump start I needed. I have since gone back to my lower carb plan. Staying under 150 gms of carbs a day and under 1500 calories has given me the boost I needed!

New goal: is 10 pounds by end of May - Success!!
New goal: is 5 pounds by end of June 2015
