Thanks for the encouragement. I won't be home for another 2 weeks. I definitely am going to start cooking at home. I try to stick with salads and such on the road. I admit I do go off plan a lot. I bought me a calendar and I record every bite. And I color code it for good, fair, and bad days. It's too time consuming right now to use the SP nutritional tracker, especially since I eat out a lot. But when I get home, I plan to take the time to start. Thanks for sharing your trackers. You motivate me to do better on my eating.
