I read your comment on my blog and let me tell you that I can identify with your dilemma- The first 50 pounds fell off so easy- but it seems like it is getting harder and harder with each 10lb increment- but I encourage you to keep trying- and also to keep tryong new things- our bodies are smart- and we have to keep them guessing- take a few days off and eat high calorie- then eat very low calories for a few days- I cannot tell you how many times that this has helped me off of a plateau- also change up your excersize- anything to make your body wonder what you are doing instead of knowing what you are doing. 2989 days ago
