I am excited about joining SparkPeople and this will fill my needs and goals that I need to accomplish.

MARLINDA5 went to the doctor to get asthma medicine, and took care of other issues - weather is causing me issues with my asthma :(

WE are having a great time and the time seems to be flying by. Still in Sedona until Friday, then a day at the Grand Canyon and on to Sante Fe. Finally got up the the office area to do a bit of getting my Emails and Face book as the reception on our computer is terrible since we are in a valley surrounded by the big red rocks and mountains.
