Transformation 2015

2015 Now is the time to not just exist but to relish every moment in this journey. Now is the time to be healthy, to lower my blood pressure , to believe ! I love walking, reading, music, nature, football, my twins and God.

I am envisioning a butterfly in its transformation from a cold and dark environment and developing in time to a beautiful, colorful, glorious butterfly.

Persist

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
