Started a medically supervised HCG plan with a Life Coach on March 3rd.

With the running program, I'm amazed it isn't hurting my knees very much. Slight tenderness under one knee and I can feel a slight ache in the ankle I sprained in the fall. I'm going to wear an ankle brace today because I don't want to injure it again.

I've been very pleasantly surprised to find I can do the running part without my joints screaming. Thanks for asking how it is going.

Congratulations on doing even one marathon. That's a huge accomplishment.
