Wintertime is always hard for me, fitness and mood wise. 2010 was the best year of my life so far as I can finally live of my job, I am getting a degree (with the Open University) and I found love. I also got into shape in spring, but I abandonned my routine way too fast.

Joining Sparkpeople I'd like to get all the help I can get to make 2011 the year I got fit.

When I exercised for a month straight last year I got highly addicted to it and I felt better than ever but life got busy (and wonderful). Now I want to learn to integrate fitness into my life properly...

A buddy with a similar goal (not really a weightloss but just making every-day life more active) would be welcome.

Current Status:
MARUCA-C Schedule is tight today but I managed 20 Min TurboJam workout. Feeling the burn from yesterday's 40 min strength training. My body is getting stronger (thx to intermittent fasting as well!) :) :) :)

My Goals:
- Eat healthier

- tone up

- be less tired and sluggish

- sleep better

- be happier and less anxious

My Program:
- do fitness 5-6 times a week at least 10 Minutes at first, then more


- be outside a lot: walk and with my loved one on the weekend

- eating right but allowing treats in moderation (trying to stay within the calorie level)

Personal Information:
- in a relationship (since May 2010), living there on the weekend, in a shared-flat in another town during the week. Looking for a house to live in together atm.

Please please please keep this up -- you are still near the beginning of this journey and there are so many great things ahead for you. Even when you have setbacks like we all do, just hop back on and get moving again. It's all part of the process.

Now don't be silly! I've been gone too, and I completely understand that sometimes life happens and the internet is left to its own devices. Don't worry about it!

I am glad to hear that you've been good with your calories. Sometimes, workouts will just disappear from your schedule. Just make sure to get them back in there! I have been the opposite; bad with food, but good with the exercise. Now we are back to normal, which means normal food intake and such again. Hooray! I have missed homemade, healthy meals but when the stove isn't working and the casseroles are packed goodness only knows in which box, it gets tricky.
