My Goals:
To be more healthy by becoming fitter and losing weight.

My Program:
I am using the nutrition tracker to track my food and am also exercising more. I use a variety of exercise which includes walking, using the Wii, Step, Wii Dance, Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds, Spark's strength exercises, SP 28 Day Boot Camp (when my joints will let me) and Wii My Fitness Coach (also when my joints will let me). My weight loss has been slow but that is okay as I feel and am fitter than when I first came to SP and my muscles are becoming stronger.

Other Information:
I like reading, music, dancing (when I get the opportunity) and walking. I also have a interest in Complementary Medicine.
