My Goals:
My goal is to wake up and actually like myself. People have told me that you have to love yourself - but what about liking yourself?

My Program:
My program will consist of good choices, more activity and to NOT beat myself up.

Personal Information:
I was born in the Midwest to a poor mother who made sure we ate everything on our plate. I do not blame her at all for my choices. I am a big girl - I will fix this issue. I have everything to gain.

Other Information:
As a friend recently reminded me... don't look at a diet as a "loss" but as a "gain". With that in mind - I have made a list of everything I have to gain and making each "gain" my goal (like walk up stairs, crossing legs, etc).
