I am trying to make the best of each day the Lord has given me. My body is the temple of the Lord, and therefore it is my duty to keep myself healthy and more able to do the things He commands me to do. I want to be able to live a long healthy life to be able to enjoy by family and to enjoy doing things with my wonderful grandchildren.

My Goals:
My goal is to have a healthy lifestyle that will help me not only get to and maintain a healthy weight, but to feel better and be able to be more active as I get older. I want to ge able to enjoy my grandchildren for many years to come.
My Program:
1. I am tracking my food each day .
2. I am exercising (walk/jog)
3. I try to walk 10,000 steps each day.
4. I focus more on how much better I feel than how much I have lost.
5. I plan to follow the Spark plan to do perfect puchups. I will start first with gaining strenght in my arms.
Personal Information:
I live on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. I have 5 grandchildren and 7 step grandchildren. I enjoy reading, crocheting, cooking, and gardening, and being with family. I enjoy living where we can enjoy the 4 seasons and the different beauties each one brings.
