Where do I start this time?

I do this every. freakin. year.

With the holidays just around the corner, I need to start making my health a priority or I will only continue to gain weight. I don't know where to start, except that it's baby steps or it's not going to happen. Today (9/28/15), I started tracking my food.

If I can manage to lose 15 pounds by the new year I would be extremely happy. That would bring me to 160. Goal SET!
