    Hi Mary,

    I am new to SparkPeople and I am going to start Monday on a Type 2 Diabetic diet as well as working out for 6o minutes to help me lose weight. This is per doctors orders.     Hi Mary -Welcome to the losing weight with ESRD team. Cutting down on sodium might be accomplished using your nutrition tracker here on spark. You can customize it to show sodium as well as fat, folate, etc.
    Processed food has the most salt. Good luck in reaching your weight loss and fitness goals. -Leyla

    Thank you for your encouraging note! I noticed that you are a mom of 4 finally taking time for yourself....we are in the same boat! I just had my 4th child 2 1/2 months ago- but I am determined to pick myself up and get myself back to where I want to be so I can enjoy my family!!
