Life is for those that show up

My Goals:
I use to think that my goal was a number. Now, I realize it is to be living the life I CHOOSE to have.
My Program:
My diet does not mean I am "dieting". I am eating cleanly and within my point range. I don't look at what I cannot have, but what I can have.
Personal Information:
I love walking, baseball, football, knitting, taking naps, gardens and pools! TV wise...Rizzoli/Isles, Dallas, and the Walking Dead!
