My *SPARK* RESTART PLAN 2015

Part 1 - My word of the year for 2015 is AFFECTION. Using that word based on an affirmation written by Cheryl Richardson in her "Grace" cards. That is: "Love yourself. You are the ultimate act of creation, fashioned by the hands of a Divine Artist." My goal is to use this word as a guide to self-care.

My *SPARK* RESTART PLAN 2015

Part 1 - My word of the year for 2015 is AFFECTION. Using that word based on an affirmation written by Cheryl Richardson in her "Grace" cards. That is: "Love yourself. You are the ultimate act of creation, fashioned by the hands of a Divine Artist." My goal is to use this word as a guide to self-care.

Part 2 of my *SPARK* Restart plan is to participate in the 2015 5% Winter Challenge. In planning my course within the Challenge, I need to be realistic in what I can do to make it successful, reviewing what worked & didn't work in 2014.

*SPARK* RESTART PLAN 2015
1. Read the affirmation affiliated with my 2015 word at least 3x/day.
2. Blog 2x/week.
3. Stay within SP suggested nutritional guidelines by:
......Eat 3 smaller meals plus 3 snacks a day.
......Track food and run report daily.
4. Exercise 40 minutes daily, using SP cardio workout videos and strength exercises.
......Track exercise daily.
This Plan may be updated after review or experience.

Glad you and Katie are snuggled in for the night. Applebee's was canceled, but Clenton and I did venture out to Family Dollar for cat food and then stopped at KFC for supper, both are real close to where we live, then we came home and watched a movie, now waiting for Doc Martin to come on at 9. We are suppose to get wind chill of -10 or -20 tonight, if it's that way in the morning I am not going out. Stay warm and safe. I think April 1 would be a good time to go out, lol.

Hi Mauri, You got my name right and thanks for my goodie! It's in the high 50's here and sunny. Most people are whining though. It's supposed to be in the 30's tonight. It's definitely colder in northern FL, but Orlando is still wonderful every single day! I hope spring comes soon for you though! Sending you warm wishes and sunny days!
