I’ve been working my fanny off to be healthy, lose weight and have more energy. I’ve been at it for months now and have done wonderful! So now that I’ve been so successful, I can take a meal break and have a double bacon cheeseburger, large fries and a soda!!! Yay!! .....WRONG!!! This is a lifestyle change, not a temporary fix until I hit that magic number or get that magic thin feeling. Train your brain and the rest will fall into place! Keep working at it….the rewards are not food related.
