There are always modifications, and what better way to get some of that weight off? The jumping jacks, you can do them seated in a chair with no arms. Think like a starfish! lol If doing both sides (traditional jack) is too intense, do the modified where you do one arm and leg at a time, alternating sides. Same with the crunches. Just sit on the edge, hold that core in tight and with a straight back, lean back to ALMOST touching the back of the chair, then crunch back up. Squats, hold onto the back of the chair and just go slowly, you don't have to go down far. Pushups, you can do wall pushups. And if it's a wall sit, do arm holds instead. Just hold your arms out to your sides, parallel to the floor. With the burpees, do seated knee lifts. And if it takes you a few days, that's fine. Go at your own pace and just do the best you can!
Let me know if you decided to give it a go. I really hope you do! 9 days ago

Hi Belinda. Thanks for your comment! My favorite photo from childhood, yes at Tybee beach near Savannah, Georgia. I try to stay close to the joy and free spirit in that little girl, though often a challenge! 18 days ago
