Thanks for the goodie....I have been sick the last two days! Being very lazy hanging out in my lazy chair. Body aches too much to get any energy to do anything. I have been easing my way back to eating in a better way. Just not on my Spark page much. I am friends on facebook with a woman who lost a lot of weight and is now a motivational speaker. She posts really long posts about subjects that have made me realize just how much more work I have to do emotionally to clear up past hurts going waaaaay back to my high school days.
I haven't been able to give sugar up completely yet but I've cut way down, I have decided not to weigh myself daily and to not fret if I only lose 1 lb. per week...no fad diets just sensible eating, with protein at every meal because it seems to keep me fuller, longer and lots of veggies. Smaller portions as well. I am going to try not to have to log on a fitbit or sparks food log just write it down. I hated electrically logging because so many things weren't in the system and it took so long to log, and it discouraged me in the long haul. I'll see how long I can stay on track without it.
