Hi Maviepooh. I have had success with a whole different way of eating. It is traditional foods made in the traditional ways. High fat diet. But healthy fats. My main fats are avocado, coconut oil, grass fed butter from cows, raw cheeses, etc. Also I am learning to make fermented foods that are full of probiotics.
There is a lot more to it but that is a beginning for me. Let me know if you want to learn more of what I am trying to switch over to. And I have more energy too.
Surprisingly, I think I might have even lost a pound or so while on vacation because I wasn't sitting around the house nibbling all day long. We were on the go so much that I don't think I over-did it. 909 days ago
Thank you for the advice awhile back. I am definitely going to focus on eating smaller meals and drinking more water. :) I need to find time to focus every day and check in on here too. I love my little one and can't wait to have more, but I give a lot of credit to those with more than one or a super busy lifestyle and making it all work! 960 days ago
